Technical Planner

As technical planner you are an indispensable link in the work process. The technical planner is responsible for preparing the projects at the office. Tight work preparation ensures clarity in all phases of the project.

This preparation consists of drawing work and the preparation of various technical documents. Independence, accuracy and communication skills in Dutch and English play an essential role in this. Consultation takes place via physical appointments, email conversations and online calls. Processing the information gained can be done independently or in a team, with a project manager playing the connecting role.

In addition to the activities described in the office, there is a possibility to work together on location. This includes obtaining information such as measuring or transferring technical information to a team of technicians. In complex projects, a supporting role is taken to the project manager.

Education: At least MBO 4 + several years of work experience in electrical engineering, construction, audiovisual engineering or a related field.
Location: Veghel & on site (¾ Veghel and ¼ on site)
Hours: 40 hours per week.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drawing up and coordinating technical plans, using CAST Software Wysiwyg, AniVizzion SCAD Re-Event, pCon.planner and self-developed software
  • Drawing up and coordinating associated count lists for technical materials, using Microsoft Office 365
  • Sparring with project manager about technical content and approach of projects
  • Handing over technical plans to project manager, technicians and suppliers
  • Researching new techniques/equipment and implementation thereof
  • Maintain CAD/WYG library plus monitor software updates

Project Manager

As Project Manager, you ensure a smooth process from the first idea or discussion to the evaluation and all steps in between. You coordinate and realize projects that we carry out for our customers. You have an eye for detail, quality and safety.

You do this together with work planners, back office, suppliers and (freelance) employees.

You communicate easily at different levels in English and Dutch. You do this at our office, in conversation with customers (online and offline) and on site at the projects you supervise.
These projects take place in the Netherlands and abroad, with a duration of approximately 3 days to 3 weeks.

Education: At least MBO 4 (+ several years of work experience) or an HBO education in commerce, technology or a related field.
Location: Veghel & on site (½ Veghel and ½ on site)
Hours: 40 hours per week.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects from quotation process to evaluation
  • Translating a technical solution for the customer into a substantive quotation
  • Map production requirements, materials, personnel and associated schedules
  • Carrying out site visits and reporting/documenting them
  • Scheduling project preparation, production meetings, site visits & other consultation moments
  • Attend production meetings and report/follow up on resulting tasks
  • Schedule (freelance) employees in Crewtool or map out the need for this for the Back Office
  • Initiate production meetings and perform resulting tasks
  • Quality monitoring, timeline management and financial reporting
  • Managing colleagues, freelancers & suppliers on location
  • Consultation with client during project implementation
  • Project evaluation (internal & external)

Backoffice Manager

As Back Office Manager you are responsible for proactive support of the project organization. You communicate easily with our own and freelance employees, back office colleagues of our customers and suppliers. This is mainly done in Dutch and in some projects in English. To make this run smoothly, it is pleasant if you have a good understanding of these 2 languages.

Through the contribution of your administrative and organizational work, you support our project managers and the employees know exactly how the work will proceed on location.

To help you with the tasks below, 4Light has customized the Crewtool program together with Moonly Software over the past 2 years. With this, 80% of the back office related documents are compiled and communicated. The last 20% cannot be replaced by a computer and we rely on your communication skills and pleasant presence.

Education: At least MBO 4 with a degree in administration, hospitality or related discipline.
Location: Veghel
Hours: 24 hours per week. The division of these hours is negotiable.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Planning and first point of contact for general affairs for internal and freelance employees
  • Providing accreditation on a project basis
  • Filling of practical and general information in the Backoffice templates (F&B, hotels and team planning)
  • Logistic planning for crew on location (hotels, flights, carpool schedules, etc.)
  • Logistics related project support such as visas, carnets, A1 statements, H&S policies, etc.
  • Arranging exemptions for transport on location
  • Creating and updating all project-related templates and/or documents, such as: product script, script, etc.
  • General matters such as printing and laminating work
  • Assisting of office planning in general (meetings, activities, training)
  • Assisting and managing office work of employees
  • Monday.com sign templates
  • Support in managing the photo and video archive
  • Report points for improvement/developments crew tool
  • Representation and occupancy of the premises (delivery of packages, answer telephone)
  • Taking care of attentions for relations (birth, illness, etc.)
  • Groceries (lunch, office items, order supplies)
